Hiskidz and Deep Blue:

As we continue hearing about Old Testament leaders of the Bible, this Sunday we will be talking about a servant girl. This nameless girl is only mentioned a few times in today’s lesson, but she played a very important role. God used her, even though she was a servant and seemed unimportant.

Planet 456:

This week in Bible study, we will continue with lesson two in our new study, Defined, Who God Says You Are, this Sunday. This lesson is Broken by Sin. Sin separates us from God, but God designed a plan to fix our brokenness. This Sunday we will talk more about this in our lesson.

Due to the recent weather situations, Confirmation classes for our 6th graders will continue to meet through Wednesday, February 19th. We will meet at the church from 3:00 4:30p.m.

Solid Ground Youth

This month in our Fathom Series, The Teachings of Jesus, we are taking a closer look at Jesus and his ministry and teachings. Our lesson is “The Comfortable and the Afflicted. This entire lesson is focused on the history of parables. All throughout the Gospels, Jesus used parables as a means to teach and make points to help us understand His lessons. This week we will highlight a few of these parables.

Sunday Night Youth

This Sunday night, we will continue with our Bible study entitled, The Twelve Outlaws. This study takes a closer look at Jesus’ apostles. Why were these apostles "WANTED” by Christ? Last time we met, we talked about John. This week we will learn about Phillip. He was known as curious, but he also was also at times somewhat weak in his faith.

Wednesday Night Small Group

This week in Wednesday night small group we will continue with the Study, What Do You Allow to Define You? This week we will cover the lesson, Identity and Purpose. We all have a purpose in life. We do not always immediately see that purpose, but God has a plan for each of us. In this lesson, we will look at Paul/Saul. Before he found Christ, his life was headed in a different direction. What do you see as your direction?

Spring Break Trip

The Spring break trip for March 9-13 to Pigeon Forge is completely full, and we are excited to have our youth spend a week of fellowship together. We have some fun and exciting adventures planned. Please remember that the final payment for the trip is due on February 23.
